Mezzave Food Boutique is a boutique deli founded in Israel by two partners sharing a desire for fresh, high quality, healthy and above all delicious food. Following dazzling success in Israel, where they have already opened several stores, the partners have now fulfilled a dream by bringing all their abundant goodness to the Netherlands, opening their first deli in Amsterdam’s De Pijp neighbourhood.

At Mezzave we specialise in the production and smoking of meats and sausages using traditional methods. All our artisanal charcuterie is made from 100% fresh, unprocessed meat!

Born in 1991 and lives in Pardes Hanna-Karkur.
Married to Amit and father to Amalia, Nina, Tamara and Galia.
“I started my culinary journey in the world of charcuterie, the art of sausage-making. I have travelled all over the world, learning from the best, tasting and accumulating knowledge. Today I am managing partner, in charge of the production of all Mezzave’s meat products.”
Or Duyev
Born in 1989 and lives in Moshav Maor.
Married to Neta and father to Imry and Ella.
“My love for food has always been a part of me, even as a child. My professional journey actually started in pizzerias around Israel. But gradually I have learned more and more, developing a broad knowledge of food. Today I am managing partner and in charge of Mezzave’s cheese department.”
